PAMEX™ Rendered Pork Skin Fat (Manteca)

Is made from the fatty parts of the pig (such as the belly, butt, and shoulder) that has been separated from the meat and cooked slowly until the fat is melted. Once chilled, Pamex™ Rendered Pork Skin Fat will solidify into a smooth, opaque substance that may have a lingering pork taste.
