VATEL® Cooking Sea Salt

History and tradition show that sea salt is the most common type of salt used in the Portuguese kitchens. Vatel® Cooking Sea Salt has a wide range of uses. Melting very well with all types of food, such as, vegetables, meat or fish, serving to refine and concentrate their flavour and minerals. It has no additives.
